OQEMA AG harks back to the year 1922 when the two brothers Heinrich and Lutz Overlack founded "Gebr. Overlack Chemische Fabrik GmbH" in Mönchengladbach, Germany. Their purpose of business at the time was the production of and trade in chemical raw materials for regional industrial clients. During the last 30 years the family-managed company under the leadership of Peter Overlack has become a commercial group with an international organisation that has been conducting business across Europe as OQEMA since 2018. OQEMA remains true to the fundamentals of its business and traditions. Today Europe is our region.
